Your see is very well observed and the houses along the quay, but for me (and I hope you don't mind me saying) the clouds let an otherwise well painted picture down; it's not too late though you can still work on it!

The trouble is partly that all the weight of the clouds is on the left, which is where the major weight of buildings is. They're also a little bit stiff - not saying that clouds don't sometimes look like that, but when painting them they need breaking up a bit and carefully distributing. Take a look at Ken Bushe's website (Google will find him) a Scottish artist who paints cloud formations beautifully (though in oil). Having said all that, this painting is a real achievement, with fine draughtsmanship, sensitive use of light, especially on the higher block houses to the left, and well observed distances.
