This works very well Stephen, the trees are very well painted.

Stephen Terris sent in his version of Pau's challenge saying: 'I started with the sky weakening the wash as it came down to the horizon and added some Raw Sienna and Sap Green in the field. While the wash was still wet I dropped in some Sap Green in the sky area where the lightest of the trees were. When this was dry I added the dark tree using negative painting to make the tree in front stand out. I also painted in the dark tree on the left leaving gaps here and there. Shadows and more dark areas were added. When dry white tube paint was added for the highlights'
