This version of Paul's exercise was sent in by Frank Bent who says - 'This is 30 by 23cm and painted on Bockingford watercolour paper. The colours used were prussian blue, titanium white, yellow ochre, burnt sienna, lemon yellow, burnt umber and cadmium red. The initial grounding was red although very little of it shows through. I found depicting the grass and the shading across the path quite difficult'
