Linda sent in her version of Paul's exercise saying: 'I started painting the sky with brushes & plenty of water using Titanium white & Ultramarine then the horizon sap green & Burnt Umber. The mid ground yellow ochre & cadmium yellow. The the fun started with the foreground using a palette knife I sloshed on thickly straight from the tube the same paints & worked them with combs a mascara brush allowing them to drip & flow by flicking water onto the canvas. I finished by painting the farmhouse'
