Today's weather forecast was good, but this morning the fells gathered the clouds over Keswick and Derwentwater. I took a chance and strolled out to the Boatyard Isthmus. The dark clouds gradually parted during the afternoon, giving the chance to make an oil sketch. Catbells may be becoming my "Mont St. Victoire"!
