I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2011 while attending the University of New Mexico and pursuing an art education degree. I thought maybe God, Zeus, Satan, lead paint, chemicals or karma had cursed me. Turns out autoimmune diseases runs on my mothers side of my family. That's all.
