Flowers round the door

THought this was a photo when I saw the initial small size picture! The light and shadows have been well executed, very nice.

I like this painting and the sunny feel it has. The foliage and flowers are nicely done with good variation in the greens. The only tiny thing would be that I feel that the window panes would have benefitted from a variation in tone or colour. They all look very dark and uniform and to me there is a conflict between the importance of the door and the window. Just a subjective opinion I would hasten to add and you may have had another purpose in mind in painting it as you did.
