Love this. It makes me sad though, but is so well done.

Thank you so much Margaret. After seeing your wonderful work, I am very encouraged with your opinion about mine.

I love this painting, as there is so much to see within it when you really look for some time. The emotions come through

Hope you don't think this is a cheek! Have just posted a pastel face 'Bluebird' and would love your views on it as I think your pastels are so good. Thank you.

Thank you for your comment. I guess it is a bit like 'Where's Wally?'?? Hunt the bluebird. In this picture is the figure drawn on with pastel over watercolour? It is so good. You have a great style.

Very profound Nora - this is very well painted and clever, Thank you for your comments on the Degas - I am learning so much from the Impressionists - I have always loved them. Through Jennifer Blenkinsopp, I have found the Dancer's very addictive. Cannot stop painting them. I think I am changing my style slightly through them, Anyway, praise indeed coming from and excellent artist like yourself. Best wishes Jeannette x

This is beautiful. It's enchanting, I can't stop looking at it.

Hello Nora. As you know, I'm new to this, so am exploring the galleries. I'm fascinated by this, it's so unusual. The original must be an awsome sight!

Great painting, its such a compelling image. It seems to have so many level my eyes just seem to keep looking through the image from one level to another. GREAT.
