A beautiful portrait

I need to re-visit your website, but by other media you mean a photographic technique, I think: is there any painterly touch here?

I couldn't work out how you had produced this work. Is it painted and if so in which medium? Or is it a digital work? I do like it a lot as the expression on Liam's face is wonderfully reflective and makes a great characterful portrait.
