Fishermen at work. They are cleaning the fish (called 'Snoek'). The process starts from right to left : 1. Cut the fish open and remove the intestine. 2. Wash the fish. 3. Preparing the salt to be sprinkled on the fish. Acrylic on gesso-primed hardboard. 450mm x 340mm.
