Plessey Woods Northumberland
Acrylic on canvas. I created many layers of textured foliage using a variety of tools and techniques to make texture and create a lush woodland. Well that was my intention. The scene is of a ford crossing and a small foot bridge across a stream near the River Blyth Northumberland. A place where I have walked on many occasions.
