A great job in such conditions, nice composition and colors and a very characterful tree.

Remarkable result Mo considering the weather conditions. I like painting outdoors but only when the weather is agreeable!

I so rarely paint en plein air - consoling myself that very few others ever did, until the Impressionists turned up. But I have every respect for those who do, and this has worked well, despite your suffering a reservoir down your neck.

Well Mo, I think the soaking was worth it - this is lovely piece of work, great choice of colours, subject matter and composition.

Great colours are your trademark Mo and this is a great example of that, that a great tree as well,

Lovely oil painting regardless of weather! Hope you retrieved your brushes Mo.

Good for you for sticking it out Mo.....a great result!!

You survived and produced this lovely piece Mo, well done.

I got so wet painting this. I was facing the wrong way and the rain crept up on me! It was an instant downpour, everything blew over and my brushes went down the dyke. Oh the joys of plein air!!
