Thankyou. It's always hit and miss. I don't really know what I'm doing. I don't have a good education and there are many holes in my knowledge. I do my best. But i make absurd decisions that make many pictures come crashing down. I don't have much patience. Maybe 2 to 4 times a week I consider quitting art altogether. It's nice that I get praise on here which encourages me to keep going.

It isn't a religious picture but I felt a spirituality about her. I just felt the title was fitting. Maybe she's bereaved. Or suffering in her spirit or mind. She's wearing a veil or shawl over her head. It is common for Irish women to wear this in church. I've a strong connection to Ireland and I feel a connection with the woman.
