Inspired by a beautiful terracotta tiled floor outside a house in Gargnano, Lake Garda, Northern Italy, I came up with this rather pleasing (I think) abstract painting based, as many abstract images are, on snippets of reality. Oil on a canvas board. 11.75ins square. 1/8in thick. Unframed. For sale at £65.
