Escape to the blue

Escape to the blue

When I looked at the thumbnail, I thought surely that's a photograph. Then I saw the artist's name and realised it was just another brilliant Michele Ashby pastel drawing.

Tony has said it spot on. The staircase in particularly is masterly and I really like how the straight lines work with the curves

I love this, fantastic.

It always amazes me how you get such definition and clean lines on this beautiful staircase. Love the deep blue sky, and light on the building and staircase.

Thank you Tony - what a lovely comment to read!!

Thank you so much Heather - I too love the curved and straight lines together!

Many thanks Russell!!

Thank you so much Christine - maybe I work the way I do because of my Graphic Designer background!

Love all your paintings of this beautiful staircase, Michele!

Thank you so much Jenny! What a lovely comment to read!
