Beautiful, still, evocative painting, Michael. I've only just discovered your portfolio and it's inspiring me to get my oils out - I did a Beginners' Oils class recently but haven't kept it up. But I'm aspiring to paint along the lines of your work.... atmospheric, impressionistic, understated.
