Beautiful sunny painting again Michael! Lovely details in the arches and the people walking around makes it lively. The sandy colour of the wall on the left hand side is very effective.

Very good work on the school and the people, they have good movement. You have played down the left hand building too draw attention to the school, perhaps better to leave that out?

I also like the way that the school building dominates the painting, plus the slightly textured looking road and pavement in this one.

I do like your painted travelogue of Britain! This is another great addition to add to the portfolio. I would like to see all your village and town painting together as I think they would look wonderful. An idea for an exhibition perhaps?

Thea - I sell quite a few of these village paintings via the web but a great idea to have a themed exhibition - might give it a go sometime - Philip - I have painted Little Bowden as part of the series and sold it some time back ( posted here at: http://www.painters-online.co.uk/Gallery/Michael-Edwards-Little-Bowden/_ga75054_pg1) - might do another one when i am short of a subject.

The iconic building in the town - I think every artist in the locality has had a go at this building. I have painted it many times and still seem to find different angles and perspectives to have a go at. This is my latest - hope you like it.
