Sad farewell...

You didn't pay the annual subscription then? I'm sure that there will be a few 'Gasy' people especially at this time. Like the touch of spring with the daffodils although a little sad...

And so it begins! I like it Michael.

Nice one Michael, can't wait to see the follow on's!

A clever combination of the old and the new!

I'll miss the snails (cartoons that is) I have had one gnome in the garden for about 20 yrs, he won't go away! I haven't the heart to chuck him out :o( I'll get my thinking gnome-hat on Michael.

Thanks all - some support then for the little fallas - I'll get the pen out again.

Lol! Trust you to sneak a snail in this one, Michael! Well done!

You should visit Gnomeworld (yes - it really existing somewhere in the UK!) for inspiration!

I've been away from this site for a while and have lots to catch up on and these are such a nice series of cartoons Michael! As a member of the Gnome Appreciation Society ( I have 2 in my garden!!!!) you are making a sterling effort on keeping us all chuckling :)

Well my membership of the snail club has expired due to lack of inspiration and I've just joined the Gnomes Appreciation Society (GAS). Appropriate really as this year is the Gnomes Appreciation Society Year (GASY) . Anyway in the circumstances I though this would an appropriate cartoon to say goodbye to the snails and hello to the Gnomes of POL. If anyone else feels a bit Gasy why not pop a gnome cartoon in the gallery - I have a few ideas so ....................
