I really like this Michael, simple but very effective, it seems like a long time since I've seen a lovely wintry sky like that it's as dull as ditch water down here!

The strong dark of the inked trees contrasts well with the clear sky washes, E W would have approved!

Last one of the year - painted very quickly just to get me back into the mood after a bit of a lull in painting - now ready for the new year. Twig and ink plus watercolour - approx about 20 mins. Hope you like it. A happy new year to you all.
