A great sculpture Michael ! I have tried to guess about the eye but so far can only think of a button?i hope that you have been considering making a snail sculpture. That's a challenge! I'm going to a silk workshop tomorrow but a snail on silk would be too much, it would eat it.

It looks like a button to me too Michael but I can't imagine you have a button tin like I do! The Carob bean pod works very well,it's amazing how these found pieces can evolve into such individual interpretations.

Thanks both - in fact it's a rawlplug - not so sure the colour is right though.

The colours in this fish are just lovely. I really do like these sculptures.

Sculptures are so unique Michael. Good work.

Another lovely piece. I love the colours and different textures. You have an eye for giving old bits of wood a second life.....

Always lovely to see these, Michael. What you do with driftwood is really inspirational.

please forgive the dirty tap in the background but at least it gives an idea of scale. The tail is crafted from a carob bean pod collected in Cyprus a month ago. Guess what the eye is made from...!
