Excellent use of charcoal Michael, the texture of the panel is so effective. Quite outstanding result.

Thankyou that's very nice. I just chucked my charcoal all over the place and in this case it resulted in a decent drawing I think. Yet chucking my charcoal in this way is a kind of fudging my picture until it looks presentable, when really I should work more on my drawing skills. Yet if it was better drawn it might lose something.
