Thankyou for these lovely comments. They are two seperate paintings brian. Actually today ive been turning out what are really studies in chiaroscuro. Thankyou for your comment i appreciate your interest in my pictures.

Thankyou brian your appreciation means alot. Its funny you should mention american art since ive been very much influenced by the hudson river school of bierstadt and moran amongst others. I owe alot to the luminist period of these artists. Not heard of innes but i'll be looking at his work in next few days.
