I used oil paint to do this on a piece of canvas I cut from a roll I bought just yesterday and from now on I think I'll use this type of unstretched canvas. If it had been stretched it might have cost me alot indeed but for 11 pound it's ideal really and the quality is good I think though I'm no expert on canvas as a material. It has a different feel under my brush and I prefer it.
