Two roses in the sky ( with a short poem attached) by Michael Hanrahan
I saw in the clouds two roses And wondered how high they were. Were they two spirits Two souls caught in the light of heaven Or was my mind creating beauty When i believe there is no beauty to see? Sad that when clouds come down and fill the eyes There is no light to see anymore I will rather let the light of my heart guide me When the abysmal day is here And say ' shine with the light of a billion stars, I command you my heart to shine bright, And make a shimmering revel in the night'.
