Another good sketch Mia. I like the way that you've kept the detail to one side of the paper.

Super sketch Mia. What exactly is a Point 88 ?

Thanks very much Louise and Sharon for your lovely comments. Sharon a Point 88 is a Staedler marker (in the shape of a pencil), available in most supermarkets or stationaries. Unfortunately, it is not lightfast but it is watersoluble, so you can wash it out to make a pen and wash drawing. I don't know where you live, but in Belgium it can be bought in Delhaize in different colours (packet of 10 or so). In stationaries they are available separately. I bought black and brown ones.

Like the simplicity of this Mia and the sense of place.

Another excellent drawing Mia!

Thanks for the info Mia. I'm in Holland, no doubt they have them here too ; but otherwise I'm often in the Westhoek, so will pop into a Delhaize for some : your lovely sketches have inspired me.

Thank you very much Glennis, Sylvia, Christine and Sharon. I really do appreciate your comments.

Lovely sketch as always - inspires me to use a bit more pen - off on travels this weekend so ideal opportunity.

Thanks Michael.

Simple yet so effective Mia, a super drawing.

I like this style with the wash muting the pen lines - it works really well. Lovely work as always, Mia.

Thank you very much Val, Thea and Satu.I do appreciate your comments very much.
