Winter rose in colour

Winter rose in colour

That looks great with addition of colour.

Thank you Linda. This is a complete new one, the first was in pen and wash with watersoluble ink. So there was no possibility of adding colours to it. They would have turned greyish.

So beautiful Mia, colour makes such a difference. It looks so delicate and lovely.

That's a beauty, Mia. Without your description, I'd have thought it was pen and ink...I'll have to look up those pencils. Lovely work.

Beautiful Mia, very delicately painted.

A nice illustration piece Mia.

The colour makes it look really delicate, Mia. Beautiful.

Another super one Mia.

Just so majestic Mia. The colour has given it life.

Nice one Mia. Just enough. The rose head and stalks just sit nicely on the paper!

Thank you all so very much for your lovely and nice comments.

Thank you very much David and Gudrun.

Hang on Studio Wall

I couldn't resist painting that special winter rose again. This time in watercolour with the detail drawing in Inktense pencil "Bark". Size A4. All comments are as always very welcome.
