Watercolour in a Saunders sketchbook, double page spread, so 25 x 56 cm in total. Done this morning on a dry but otherwise dreary morning as part of the Urban Sketchers meeting.. Did a preliminary quick sketch in another smaller sketchbook to check the compaotion, then this one in about 3 hours or so.

Watercolourist since the 90's, and have just taken up oils a couple of years ago. I regularly paint en plein air with a local group called the Artful Dodgers, and aim to paint at least twice a week now I'm heading for retirement.
