While I like everything here in your portfolio, this one does it for me. I guess because there's a greater element of impressionism, and therefore more texture. Good composition and a great sense of depth. The limited palette works well too. Spot on!

Very accomplished work Martin, love the knife work, I do use a painting knife but not for the complete work, usually just bits here and there. After studying this for some time I&#39;m tempted to have a go, it&#39;s a great technique.<br /><br />A worthy choice for the Editor&#39;s Gallery, I hope my work may get on that page one day...
