this is a lovely w colour. i live the way you have composed the boat with the mast breaking up the line of the distant hills. it has a super fresh quality . i try and do watercolours myself and this is so tricky to achieve.

Also spent a few hours sketching there last year but never got around to full wc. Lovely clean painting and I recognised Solva straight away on gallery

Very nice and very different to my attempt at the harbour, I looked in the other direction! Lovely place Solva and you have captured the place very well. I do like the hills and the little rocks in the foreground.

Janet _ That's a fair observation - in trying to add drama my sky are vertical - I will look to pait a bit more side tro side - I have only been doing this for 5/6 years so all comments are welcome
