Remember what Thomas Wolf said - You can never go home again. (Because it won't be where you left it!)

Now this is one I woudl happily have in my home; absolutely full of movement. That's the trouble with storing pastels. I too had one that I love but it got rubbed in storage. thankfully I was able to rescue it so please do have a go at this one.

Such energy in this one. Love the deep tone of the rocks.

Super.... great drama..

LOVE THIS ONE TOO ONE CAN HEAR THE ROARING SEA AND FEEL THE SPRAY COLOURS LOVELY AND THE BLENDING .I have my work covered with a special type of celophane and framed on mountboard they stash well just not one on top of each other

Great curves, what an elegant rock crunching monster.

Thanks for the great comments everyone and that tip of yours is a great idea, Margot, thanks!

Scribbled this one out on a small black sheet of Wet and Dry paper, y'know the stuff they rub cars down with. Great stuff that paper, really holds onto the pastel. I scanned the pic after I drew it as I do all my stuff and put the original away. Later discovered that some papers and books had accidently been stashed on top of it smudging all the chalk dust....broke my bloomin heart. Least I've got the scan I suppose, and I can always redo it sometime...
