Wonderful painting :-) A welcome dash of fun, away from the more serious still life studies that we are all addicted to. I am especially taken by the subtle pastel swirls in the background. Lovely pop of color!

The title was the half-term assignment at Art Class. This stretched the brief a little but was fun to do. It took so long to finish that the natural light faded and it was finished under artifical lighting. The shadows and reflections have suffered as a result. It is approximately 15" by 12" on Arches Aquarelle NOT 300 gsm paper using St Petersburg paints.
