Very nice pen and wash. It is interesting because you appear to have drawn the lines of the roof with a ruler, which I would have regarded as a no-no, but it really works in your painting. Just goes to show that rules are there to be broken, especially in art. Love the colour of the house and the pretty balcony detail.
