Hi everyone - thanks for your lovely comments. Yes Gary is our frame expert! We spend a lot on frames for those paintings hanging in the house but a great frame really does showcase a piece.

I painted this to show how the yellow of the sunflowers vibrantly harmonises with the clay pot & the red brown background. It hangs in my lounge framed in a heavy gold gilt frame, which completes the whole look of the artwork. I originally thought this was quite an understated work but it draws lots of attention.
