I love the display of light and shade in this watercolour. You have a very attractive and recognisable style. Can we expect more, please?

I also love your style of painting. You use very confident brush strokes and never overwork the paintings thus keeping them fresh. Had I been doing this painting I would have dithered over that lovely long shadow in the foreground that you probably added at the end. It's perfect, you're very skilled at watercolour Also like your choice of colour.

Look at this critically, for a long time, and you will find things "wrong" with it; that just isn't the point: the immediate impression it conveys is clean, lean and accurate, no fussing with detail, a minimum of correction and adjustment of detail- an object lesson for those of us who try to get every blessed detail "right", as though there really were such a thing. . Lovely painting, with a marvellous quality of light and tone.
