Your cow pictures are really really good Margerat, you manage to put such feeling into them you seem to be painting about what you know well

Pastel pencils and sticks over watercolour. 50cm x 70cm I decided to place this colourful cow high upon a lookout, overlooking the plains below. This work was inspired by an area known as the Liverpool Plains, situated in NSW., Australia. It is a large agricultural area, so I have included an impression of sorghum and canola crops on the plains below as the colours tie in well with the cow.
