You can never have too many poppies so far as I'm concerned. <br /><br />This is highly accomplished - excellent brush-work. As for the spatter - you like it or you don't; I'm fairly open-minded on the subject, but I think your painting would have stood on its own perfectly successfully without it.

From LP August. Project by Alison Fennell. I know it's just another poppy picture but I haven't done one before and thought I would try this to improve my watercolour skills. Based on the theory that you learn something each time you try. Sorry Alison if I have not done your project justice.
