A painting of a small hamlet that I pass on the way to golf at least twice a week. I often think there are so many subjects worth painting that we pass every day without noticing whilst we are searching for something more exotic or appealing. This painting was awarded the viewers choice when exibited at Dundee Art Society - I was astounded that this one was singled out by the viewing public.
