This is a fine painting Mal looks very realistic very nice work.

Pastels? Took a look and glad I did, for 2 reasons. I am midway through an owl painting with credit cards on acrylic and also this superb work jumped out, must be the eyes.

Thank you Derek, hope your owl is a success, please post it when you have finished. I haven't ventured far with Acrylics, mostly used water colour and nowadays with pastel pencils.
