How did you achieve that effect? I love all the shapes and colours in this painting.

Thanks, Willie, Margaret and Janet for your comments- much appreciated. Janet- I started by covering the board with random pieces of collage for magazines and tissue paper ( I'm currently using squared tissue from Paperchase which you can see throughout the painting especially in the castle.) The drawing is added in pen and the greens and blue are added with tissue paper. Final I add acrylic painting transparently to show the background collage.
