1/4 imperial on Saunders Waterford 200lb hot press paper textured with turps thinned oil paints onto very wet paper-stippled hog hair brush. Sketch and watercolour added when paper was dry- the oil gives a resistance to the paper making it easy to achieve a broken edge to the wash. Holiday cottage in Stokeinteignmouth Devon
