A wonderful painting Maggie. I like the greens in the leaves.

Thanks Carole , it took a very long time, in fact the apple travelled to Brittany and back !!!! The apple was getting ripe, thus the colour.The leaves were painted in first but I had to take a photo of them to complete the picture. Must learn to paint faster!!!!!

Robbie's Apple was painted in memory of Robbie who lived in the village of Buckland Monachorum, on Dartmoor. He developed this variety from seed.
