This is my painting from the Swedish West Coast — a place that always feels a little dreamy to me. The fishing villages here have these weathered mailboxes that fascinate me. The faded blues and greens seem to carry their own quiet stories, and then there’s a single red one — the one that stands out. A small pulse of relaxed coastal life against the sea and the old boathouses.
