"On the Tongariro crossing" in watercolour. My rusty brush watercolour - first pure w/c since October.
A popular "walk" in the National park up there on the volcanic plateau. Get dropped off at one end and picked up at the other. At this particular time , the walk was closed in part because of volcanic activity so people were walking part way and then returning. I had a head start on my party for the return journey !!!.
