I just love flowing watercolour and this one is superb from that point of view. A morning very well spent I would say!

brilliant. I'd love to know how you went about this. I suspect random washes to start with, pulled together later, with more measured and thicker washes. A la Jean Haines?<br /><br />

Thank you Dennis,Thea, Fiona & Philip- all painted wet in wet & just kept adding more pigment into the wet parts & areas of negative painting& dabbing some areas to provide the light areas- & the salt provided the textures on the tangerines - a la Lynne Whitfield !!!

Lovely loose style Lynne - I really get the feeling of very juicy oranges. I really like the textural quality too.
