They are quite dark but I’m fine with that…the lighter areas could be a bit lighter for more contrast, but you’re doing just fine… keep practicing and see if you can achieve some fresh clean washes, secret is not to mix too many colours together!

An oldie watercolour. I've titled it Rural Peak District, but I actually think I got it from a screen save on my laptop. Was worried the darker hues were a bit intese when I painted it.
