This is a very good way to start the new year, Luc. I like much your portraits and I like too a loose style, but I find you don't need to change your style, it is pretty personal and good and your watercolours have a good transparency. Very appealing and sensitive portrait.

''Sad'' First painting of the new year, size 11'' x 14''. Different approach, a lot looser but was aiming for a more transparent result...but its hard to change old habits. I must have considered stopping at least 3 times and restarting from scratch. Trying out new things in 2018 so I have to be patient...ya right, me patient??
