Full of summer light, Louisa. I looked for a field of hay bales to paint when I was in Suffolk this weekend but this year the bales were all wrapped up in black plastic, for silage I'm guessing. Not quite as appealing!

I live in the countryside and am constantly driving past hay bales at the mo, thinking "I should paint those but it's too difficult!". You've done it beautifully - very well done.
