Maltese Fishing Boats

Attractive painting with cheery colours. I think boats are very hard to get right, I have no luck with them ! Well done.

A nice painting Lorraine, very well done and nice colours too. Boats aren't easy to paint - I sometimes get the perspective wrong with them - but like Carole says you have pulled it off. Lorraine thank you for your comments on my last two posts they are always very much appreciated. It's nice to know you are still out there looking and painting. Yes, I did take a photograph of the chocolates - I am always taking photographs for future reference. I have a special folder in my pictures on the computer. I often have a browse if I am stumped for something to paint. Even using three photos at a time sometimes just to make one composition! I have been having a browse round your work again, you certainly have some lovely work here Lorraine you should be very proud. Best wishes Jeannette x
