Yes....agree with Alan...like this a lot ... Not used oils as yet,,,they seem quite heavy & dark to me but this is light & colourful...thanks you for making me think again :)

Thank you Sylvia. This is actually heavy body acrylic with heavy gel on stretched canvas applied with a palette knife. It's not oil. 😀 It's worth a try. Go for it.

Acrylic on Stretched Canvas, 16 x 20". Heavy body acrylics and heavy gel medium applied with a palette knife was used for this painting. Some of the colors used were cobalt blue, phthalo blue, and titanium white. I usually use either Golden or Blick acrylics, but I sometimes experiment with other brands as well. It was inspired by the palette knife technique of Sarah LaPierre, and the beautiful clouds in Florida.
