It's a lovely portrait, Lisa. He might whizz off at any moment. And there's no doubt about who's the subject, achieved by the contrast between the accurate detail in the figure and merely the suggestion of houses beyond the trees in the far distance. I love it.

My little grandson loves his giraffe bike, I started this painting during lockdown, I needed to paint this as I was missing seeing him, thankfully now I can see him again... missed many months of him growing up but amazing how quickly we caught up.
